Online Marketing Salesperson
Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to introduce website design, development and Internet marketing services in Fairfield County, CT and surrounding areas. We offer only professionally built, custom-designed websites at very reasonable prices making our products extremely easy to sell. Our Internet marketing services comprise high-demand online marketing, social media marketing and email marketing. The position offers training, support and a generous commission structure for qualified, experienced candidates.
Responsibilities:
Sell new websites and website redesign as well as other Internet marketing services including: email marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and social media marketing. Follow up with website requests for information. Provide free, one-hour consultations to learn client marketing challenges and goals and present relevant solutions via AdEdge PowerPoint presentations. Attend local networking events held by organizations such as the Small Business Administration, Chamber of Commerce, public libraries and others, sharing information about AdEdge services and gathering information about prospective clients. Prospect for leads by reading local news and scanning for TV, radio, print ads and direct mail from local businesses and contacting marketing executives at those organizations. Send emails, letters, AdEdge brochures and relevant Sell Sheets by mail to leads who have expressed an interest in AdEdge services. Enter all leads, customers and tasks to SalesForce online contact management system.
Requirements:
Proven background of success and staying power in a sales role, preferably online media
Experience with or knowledge of online marketing
At a minimum, familiarity with website design, development and/or functionality
